Clinical, Operational, and Financial Performance are Intrinsically Interdependent and Tightly Coupled

The measurement instruments defined below allow us to assess the “Is State” of an organization, monitor the improvement in performance generated by our work, and verify the clinical, operational, and financial outcomes that result in improvement of leadership systems, workforce systems, and patient interaction systems.

CULTURE SCAN®

  • The CULTURE SCAN® is a proprietary software based suite of diagnostic instruments that allows assessment of the performance state of an organization. It measures the dimensions of Communication, Underlying Values, Leadership, Teamwork, Unity and Trust, Reliability, and Energy State of an organization. A SOAP format is used to identify subjective and objective information to make an assessment, and plan recommendations. Subjective information is generated from key stakeholders in the value chain and objective information such as employee and customer satisfaction through valid culture surveys. An analysis and plan recommendations are generated through evidence based algorithms. Implementation plans for improvement are then developed using a proprietary improvement program prescribing activities in awareness, accountability, ability, and action 4A ACCELERATOR MODEL®.

CIA IMPACT INDEX®

  • We offer downloadable and non-downloadable versions of this technology, which measures the impact of performance improvement and comparative evaluation of products, services, technologies, or solutions. The improvement impact index provides a reliable measure of medical practices and solutions on patients and/or business across the dimensions of cost, impact and adoption difficulty. Cost is measured as the direct and indirect increase in cost generated by the new method or product. Impact is measured as clinical, operational, and financial impact measured over a prescribed period. Adoption is measured using Likert Scale psychometric response from key stakeholders in the value chain of the organization.
  • CARELEADERS® uses the CIA IMPACT INDEX® to measure the impact of improvements and recommended improvement methods in leadership systems, workforce systems, and patient interaction systems.

SOLUTION IMPACT INDEX®

  • The SOLUTION IMPACT INDEX® is a measurement system driven by an online, non-downloadable software-based technology that is used specifically measure the impact of medical devices, software, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and optimization methods that can drive performance through human resources. Input information in the form of “givens, assumptions, and variables” are used to calculate the impact of solutions on clinical, operational, and financial parameters. Input information might include discharges, patient bed days, length of stay in hospital, the frequency of a disease encountered in a population, the severity of disease, and impact delta of other index solutions. The simulators developed through this technology tie individual organizational performance to national benchmarks and comparative databases as well as evidentiary indices developed by expert consensus.
  • CARELEADERS® uses the SOLUTION IMPACT INDEX® to measure the impact of improvements and recommended improvement methods in leadership systems, workforce systems, and patient interaction systems.

IMPACT SIMULATOR®

  • The IMPACT SIMULATOR® is an online, non-downloadable software-based technology that is in effect a flight simulator allowing scenario building and adjustment of givens, assumptions, and variables to allow leaders to simulate performance impact of tactics they may employ. The simulators developed through this technology tie individual organizational performance to national benchmarks and comparative databases as well as evidentiary indices developed by expert consensus.
  • CARELEADERS® uses the IMPACT SIMULATOR® technologies to model performance improvement in performance partner sites.

4A ACCELERATOR MODEL®

  • This is an online, non-downloadable software enabled and evidence based methodology is used to drive enterprise-wide organizational performance improvement. It defines activities to generate awareness of measurable performance gaps, assign accountability to key stakeholders, identification and investment in the ability to close performance gaps, and definition of the core actions necessary to close such gaps. Input from other CARELEADERS software products and professional evaluations allow fine tuning of performance improvement strategies and tactics. CARELEADERS® uses the 4A ACCELERATOR MODEL® to drive performance improvement through leaders of partner organizations.

SOLUTION IMPACT SIMULATOR®

  • The SOLUTION IMPACT SIMULATOR® is an online, non-downloadable software-based technology that is in effect a flight simulator allowing scenario building and adjustment of givens, assumptions, and variables to allow leaders to simulate performance impact of tactics they may employ. The simulators developed through this technology tie individual organizational performance to national benchmarks and comparative databases as well as evidentiary indices developed by expert consensus. CARELEADERS® uses the SOLUTION IMPACT SIMULATOR® technologies to model performance improvement in performance partner sites.
